      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have used £29.66 on my £250.00 monthly allowance, I keep getting declined for using o2 as a payment option on Google Play, I have spoken to o2 and they have confirmed there are no restrictions on my account and that I have £220.34 available but it keeps declining small purchases. Does anyone know how I can fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As per carefully checking with them, you will be needing to get in touch again with your provider, because according to our system, you were being referred to contact your bank, however, due to privacy policy we do not have the visibility of the reason why."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try again at the start of next month or increase your limit now by calling 202 (for Pay Monthly) or 4445 (for Pay As You Go) and try your purchase again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
