      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have just upgraded to iPhone 16 from iPhone 13.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;set up new phone no problem with iCloud transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then put the SIM from old phone into new phone and there is no network service at all…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions as to what is going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2354091"&gt;@MDC159&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;As far as I can see both phones use the same size (nano) sim. Make sure you've inserted the sim correctly into the new phone. Is your sim 4 or 5G? If you're still having issues, contact Apple support in the morning, or call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll swap your sim for a new one.
