Moving numbers from o2 to o2

Hello all,

I currently am paying for my granddaughter's sim only pay monthly contract, I am out of contract now so have continued to pay for it and can leave at any point. My granddaughter is now wanting to get her own o2 sim only pay monthly contract in her name (she has a great credit score so this isn't an issue), but she is wanting to move her current number that I pay for onto her new contract (once she gets it).

Would she need a PAC code to do this, or would I need to call customer service to migrate the number onto her sim, if so how do I do this- would it be through the app for example?

It should be a simple migration and you definitely don't need a PAC for it

Once she has the contract you need to call customer service when you are both able to be present on the call to get the number migrated

That will end her contract that you are paying for presently
