      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told by one advisor that my bill for leaving O2 for a mid contract price rise would be zero. I then get a bill for £61.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After several phone calls to India, I reluctantly agree to meeting O2 half way just to end this fiasco and get an email saying it is being reviewed, I have heard nothing from O2 for well over a month now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer service is an absolute joke.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
