Free Gift Link does not work

Good Morning. I have just upgraded my phone and been sent an email to claim my free chromebook. However, when I click on the link it does not work. It highlights blue, but clicking on it does nothing.

I have tried o2 live chat but they did not really help me. As I only ordered my phone yesterday and it is due to be delivered today, do you think the link may not be "live" yet for me to claim?

The link text is blue to indicate clicking on it, but when I do so it does nothing.

What phone did you order?

Is the Chromebook an O2 or Samsung Promotion?

Either way, the phone you ordered may not be in stock, so the promotion wont work until you get it.

It's this promotion. You buy the phone from O2 but claim the Chromebook from Samsung.

Yes it's the Samsung S25 Ultra and is out for delivery today. It's an offer I received when upgrading my phone with o2 but I believe it is a samsung promo. I will try the link you have provided. Thanks for your help.

To claim you will need the IMEI number of the phone when it arrives

It's definitely a promo from Samsung. Thing is you are only able to claim within 30 days of buying your phone (That's to make sure you don't return the phone to O2).

Samsung are quite firm on that part of the Claim Process.
