Voicemail - maximum message length

Hello,

I had my voicemail set up to have a maximum of 4 minutes for anyone leaving a voice message. There was also a helpful warning for anyone leaving a message that there was 10 seconds left at about 3 minutes 50 seconds.

Now the maximum length has been changed to just under 2 minutes, and there is no 10 second warning for anyone leaving a message that their time is almost up. There is also seemingly no way to change either of these things.

Can anyone help with this please?
