My mobile phone was stolen. I have been asked for a proof of usage for the stolen phone by my travel insurance company. This needs to show IMEI number and start and end date of connection to the network. I understand that this is called a "standard insurance letter". I have spent hours on the phone but have been unable to obtain this. Is there a way to get hold of this information?
