I have certainly never manually renewed my Big Bundles.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Big bundle error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5773374"&gt;@Paulina4794&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; may not have sufficient credit to renew the required bundle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without further info, we can guess all day and still be wrong, hence the advice already given.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Equally, although stating a big bundle, it could be a rolling plan, which cannot be renewed from credit, but I'm sure customer services will have it sorted by now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
