Contact O2 when I have no SIM!

I hope someone can help me I am overseas and have lost my SIM aim trying to log into my O2 but it wants to send me a OTP to my O2 number which obviously I can’t receive.

Can anyone tell me how I can get in touch with O2 or login without the OTP?
