I spoke to Customer Services this morning who advised me that they will raise the 'forms' to the 'back office' to get the IMEI unblocked.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The issue I am having is that I can't access my account as I need an OTC which is being sent to the number, which the phone is paired to which is blocked. Without the OTC I can't access my account and as it's an eSim, I can't take it out and place it in another device temporarily. Bit of a paralysis.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My question is, how quickly do the IMEI blocks take to be deactivated?
