    <description>&lt;P&gt;Completed an uprade over the phone ((Click and collect order)) and they promised to deliver to the store on 29/01/2025 . However the order was stuck to in process - status in transit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one can confirm to me where the phone is at the moment and abit worrying . Even left work early to get to O2 on time.&amp;nbsp; Call centres aren't really helping&amp;nbsp; . What should the next course of action be ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
