S25 pre order delivery date

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the actual date o2 will be delivering the s25 Ultra pre orders? It says 31st when I ordered, but on the unpacked event and the FAQ on the o2 website it says the 7th of Feb. Any ideas?

It says from 31st so will depend on version and availability.

Order now and get it from 31 January 2025

Its o2 so 31st Jan 2026 is when you will receive the phone as its from the 31st Jan 2025

And going on all the other cluster***** of pre-orders my advice stay away from o2 or do it in store @Matt91

We get asked this whenever there is a new phone and unfortunately we won't have that information on this customer only site

Just to say that O2 don't have a good track record getting phones out on time

The last 3 Samsung flagship phones I've had, I've bought direct from Samsung. @Matt91

They also have a system, if accepted, where you can pay via instalments

You can then get yourself a great Sim Only deal from USwitch or HotDealsUK.

Re phones direct from Samsung, they give you a delivery date at time of purchase. (Mine was 2 weeks from date of order) I had an email the date before delivery to say it was on it's way. It was delivered by DPD on the date and time given

The other good thing about buying direct from Samsung was, they had a promotion offer of earbuds worth £149. Instead of having to go through the stress of claiming, they were sent in the box with the phone.

It really is the best way.

Not forgetting their 3 or 6 monthly payments are interest free.

Bought my S23 direct and got a trade in on an old S5 I had lying around for lots more than it was worth
