    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have closed my account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 wants to refund me some money&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received an email telling me to log into My O2 to provide bank details for the refund to be paid into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;BUT&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; I cannot log into My O2 because I have closed the account, have no service and no alternate mobile number to receive the code to allow me to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot email O2 because as a strategy they have no email - apparently&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot use the online chat because I can't log in and it refuses to grant me access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What the 'heck' am I meant to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
