      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone explain in simple terms how you upgrade via Refresh online? Reading the Ts &amp;amp; Cs it sounds as though I would have to send my phone for it to be checked over before being approved- are you therefore without a phone for however many days this takes plus then however long the delivery takes? Going into store isn't an option for me atm. Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
