    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just tried to apply O2 Open to my account and get the discount applied and upon clicking on the link in the website, I get forwarded to a webpage with the following error -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Sorry, there was a problem.&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke to the call centre in South Africa yesterday who recognised there was an issue and said it should be resolved in a hour or so but there is still an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
