      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my account in October via the chat, I have a reference number but this hasn't been actioned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I've had to pay for an extra month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a phone with another supplier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The get a &lt;STRONG&gt;STAC&lt;/STRONG&gt; code from O2 as mentioned in the guide and give it to your present supplier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Far safer than trusting O2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
