      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered two new monthly contracts. Both were dispatched on 4th Dec. I only received one sim. I don't want to activate it yet and there is nothing printed on the package saying which order it is for. There seems to be no way to report a missing order. I don't actually know which order is missing. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's always better to give an active sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's very stressful and difficult to get through to customer service Christmas day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even more difficult than it is now...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never experienced this personally&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4679289"&gt;@samwardill&lt;/a&gt;, but I have seen posts on here suggesting that O2 will, if requested, give a credit for the period from when the contract is taken out to when the SIM is delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hence, once you have the SIM, a call to customer service might be beneficial :-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help &amp;amp;amp; contact O2" id="Guide058"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
