      <description>&lt;P&gt;O2 has sent me text messages and now emails stating 80% of my data allowances have been used. I’ve checked my allowances on the O2 app, and there appears to be a great deal more than 20% of my data allowances remaining. Why am I getting these texts and emails from O2?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
