SIM card delay.

I have been waiting for my SIM card to arrive. On ******** I had an email to say it was on its way (*********). My phone number was porting on ********, so I can only use my phone over a WiFi network. Is it possible to track this order, or send another. As I need to be contactable for my children’s school.
