      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried change when my bill comes out my bank but won’t let me change it. Currently the money comes out on the 16th of each month and I would prefer it to come out with my other bills at the start of each month&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try again just after your next bill is taken, or see if the payment management team can do something "outside the box".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
