O2 doesn't run a live stock reporting system, which puts many people into the same situation you're in. You just have to persevere.       <title>Unfulfilled order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a new phone over 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived.&amp;nbsp; Said a week when I placed order - now saying 4 weeks (not sure if from date of order or now).&amp;nbsp; Rang customer service 3 x.&amp;nbsp; Last person said go into store - obvious fob off according to store as they can't do anything other than escalate to management.&amp;nbsp; they did that over 2 days ago &amp;amp; I have had no contact.&amp;nbsp; Have also emailed customer service.&amp;nbsp; I can't seem to cancel the order because it is 'processing'.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions for how I can get some attention from o2?&amp;nbsp; I have been happy customer for over 25 years but seriously thinking of leaving now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jacqui&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks Bambino - I have done all of that.&amp;nbsp; It might help if o2 would just have told me that re stock levels.&amp;nbsp; I just don't understand why I have not had an email response to my email or the escalation from the store.&amp;nbsp; Either way it's not good enough &amp;amp; I would have hoped for an apology.&amp;nbsp; But what on earth are they doing offering to sell me something they can't deliver?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
