Either call customer service to cancel

or if you wish to keep your number and transfer to another network then text for a PAC

Using it will cancel your contract

However if you are cancelling because you have received an email stating you can cancel the airtime without charge then you MUST call 202

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
