      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been offered an upgrade so on 15/11 I upgraded.&amp;nbsp; I picked the phone,&amp;nbsp; case and paid the upfront cost and then received an update saying they needed to check something and I would hear back within 24 hours. I still have heard anything and nothing is showing in my orders but the payment has been taken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
