    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5713219"&gt;@hillo10&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2 dont have your money, either Paypal have one and your bank will have the over on hold, Your bank will take between 24hrs and 14days to return it to you, depending on there processing timescales..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Paypal are a law unto themselves so you will need to wait for them to process it, best bet is to contact Paypal Support, so good luck on that one..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing o2 can do it speed this process up..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made 2 attempts at my upfront payment for an order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One using paypal and the other using the form displayed. Both have just displayed a blank screen but took payment from my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please refund the 2 x £20 ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
