Hi does anyone know if you pay off your sim early you keep service until the actual contract date end

If you make full payment it just stays on your account as credit

It will then reduce each month until the final payment

You can then either upgrade now or cancel once your final payment goes out

However, due to the increase and amendment to the terms of your contract as per Ofcom changes, O2 are allowing customers to leave within 30 days without penalty
