    <description>&lt;P&gt;It usually takes a few days for O2 to restore service, as your payment has to clear and the bar &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: O2 BARs" id="Guide081"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp; has to be removed.
