      <title>Returning an Order I Want to Cancel</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I put an order in for a new phone contract last week and have been trying to cancel it, but to very little success!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been around the houses and various departments and now the handset has been delivered. I need to return it and cancel it so I can move to a SIM only plan. I was told on Saturday morning the order had been cancelled and wouldn't be delivered... and then told by someone immediately after that it hadn't!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried cancelling within 10 mins of making the order and was told someone would call back as it was too soon to cancel as the order was being processed..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still in my 14 day cooling off period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as I can see I'm trying all I can to cancel, but it's been O2 who have made things extremely complicated and difficult for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help. Where do I send this phone back and to who. How do I actually cancel the contract and move to SIM only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
