      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a contract with virgin media which includes an O2 sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have misplaced my sim card, which was never activated, and I am unsure how to order a replacement one as I don't even have the phone number for the missing sim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
