New sim only plan

Hello, as of today I changed my sim

only plan as my old one was up for renewal. After I purchased the new sim only plan it wasn’t until I received a message saying that I had lost the 02 travel.

can I cancel the new sim only plan I just purchased to get something the same as I had before?

You can add O2 Travel yourself to your tariff.

How do I get O2 Travel?

Before you set off, sign in to My O2 to check if you have it.

Get the O2 Travel Bolt On by texting TRAVEL to 23336 or add it in My O2. If you don’t activate O2 Travel, or you visit a destination that isn’t covered, you’ll pay our standard rates.

In addition to the info above, note that O2 Travel is only needed for some countries outside the EU, @SineadQ - all O2 contracts permit roaming using your normal allowances for up to 25GB per month, for max 63days in any 6-month period in any EU country.
