      <description>&lt;P&gt;As title.. I sent my switch up via royal mail special delivery, it wasn't delivered next day like it should have been so I contacted them and they have just said it has been potentially lost and that I have to wait til the 5th to put a loss claim in with Royal Mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I approach this with O2? I'm hoping it turns up but if it is lost what am I supposed to tell O2?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Without a receipt you have no proof it was sent and you won't get any compensation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Yes I took out the insurance on it thankfully. The 2 weeks mark for sending it to them will be the 8th November so I will wait a few more days and see if it's just been a delay somewhere. I have done some research on RM claims.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your comment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
