Hello I want to contact o2 and change to pay monthly. What is their number. I’m in Australia and pay as you go is killing me

However, they will only post a new sim to a UK address and you will need one if changing from PAYG to PAY Monthly.

Use Skype to call

Re contacting family in UK use FB Messenger or Whatsapp over Wifi. (Hopefully they will have these apps)

Also think about using a local PAYG sim.
