      <title>Asked to cancel upgrade, can I change my mind?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an upgrade Friday, for some reason it got stuck on “processing”, I was suspicious because I got a delivery date via email, but not Tracking detail (I have been ordering online from o2 for over a decade, so I knew this was irregular)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately O2 CS, via X, Webchat and 202 was very unhelpful, &amp;nbsp;they couldn’t see the problem, and made me wait in all day Monday telling me it was “probably out for delivery” when it clearly wasn’t. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All I had from Saturday till this morning was “it appears to be stuck - we’ll escalate it, but it will take 5-10 days to get a response. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the time it did move from “processing” to complete I was so angry with the Customer Service that I’d recieved, &amp;nbsp;I immediately asked to cancel it (I had tried to cancel before, but was told I’d have to wait until it was “unstuck” (5-10 days) to do so. &amp;nbsp;By this point I was sick of o2 “don’t care” attitude.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told that even though the tracking said the phone was awaiting collection, that it would have to be sent out, and I would have to refuse delivery &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;. &amp;nbsp;And she said that she would mark that I had asked to cancel the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, now I’ve calmed down, another reason I wanted to cancel was that frankly I didn’t trust them to deliver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I’m wondering if they DO deliver, can I “change my mind” and take the delivery? &amp;nbsp;Or would they block the IMEI or something?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know, I should probably contact CS for the 80th time since Friday, but I just don’t have the mental energy … plus I bet if I phone them and tell them I want to keep it, the damned thing just won’t turn up &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
