      <title>Cannot call all numbers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive just joined O2 on a pay monthly contract. The e sim showed as activated yesterday &amp;nbsp;when i completed the contract. Ive got a text today confirming my old phone number has been ported to O2, however I cannot make phone calls to most of the numbers in my contacts. I can call my wife who is also an o2 user but no others. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
