My most recent bill

I am being charged 37.58 instead of the usual £29.00 I’m not really sure why everything is unlimited so I don’t know how or what I’ve gone over and the break down doesn’t make it clear it says minutes but how’s that possible with unlimited?

Have you called numbers not included in your allowance.

Possibly some numbers that aren't part of your allowance?

It all depends on if you have called some numbers that aren't included in your minutes, these are the likes of 087 or some 03 numbers.

Best thing to do is check your bill, and if you still cant work it out then call o2
