      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went into the store on Sunday explained that I wanted to get a pay monthly SIM but keep my old O2 pay as you go number, went through the process but was made to enter a pac code and start a pac transfer even though my old SIM is with O2 told to wait 24 hours for transfer, Tuesday morning both Sims lose all connection and haven't returned since, every time I call customer support all I get is "it's in process 24 hours and it will happen guaranteed" I cannot afford to lose this number, it has everything connected to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already sent them a message on twitter no reply so far, I also went back into the store yesterday and spoke to the manager who said a woman had the same issue and did it with the same worker, but even in store the CS that he spoke with also just said wait 24 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5690724"&gt;@ConorCT&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to keep nudging them on social media.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Believe me, Customer service (via phone) are very keen on saying 'Give it a few days'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a ploy to get you off the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The social media team appear to be far more efficient in our opinion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;More responses today when I asked if they had any kind of timeframe for the issues at all and was just told "No but we'll update you." I can't even access the MyO2 app on my phone because it requires me to get a code from a text message, I am beyond tired at this point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went back into the store today to try and push for some more, they tried what they could but eventually got support to give me a date "5-10 working days, the latest it should be is the 31st of October." so I have to manage 3 weeks with no number or 2FA access, and not even a whiff of compensation for something I have already paid for, absolutely absurd.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
