      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5692141"&gt;@AnthonyEdwards&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should just leave the bill to be paid by direct debit in future or pay manually at least 7 days before the DD date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to ask O2 but the refund process isn't quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can be left to cover next months bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Payment Management opening hours:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Saturday – 8am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Sunday – 9am to 6pm&lt;/P&gt;</description>
