      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was planning to move to an O2 deal, so I ordered a SIM a week ago, and it has not been delivered yet. My order reference number is:&lt;SPAN&gt;. It was supposed to take 3 days at most.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is in Pay Monthly, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5691619"&gt;@Sidharth&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- did you order a PAYG SIM? You'd have had to go through credit check and get a contract to get a Pay Monthly SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow advice given above to contact O2 and find out what the situation is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
