    <description>&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I added the PAC code to the order when signing up for a pay monthly sim.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The sim has arrived, I put it in my phone, I can use the O2 network. But it is of course still the SIM number and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to port my old number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I go to the "Keep, cancel or take on a number" section of My O2 and it shows the PAC code and the number I want to port. It says "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your transfer has not been scheduled yet."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The only option is to click on "I've inserted my SIM." Which I click on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A few bubbles move around in a circle and then nothing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This has been going on for two days now. What do I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried rebooting the phone and re-inserting the SIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
