      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two SIM's on my account, one for my phone and one for my tablet.&amp;nbsp; I have recently merged these two SIMs onto a single account which I pay monthly by direct debit.&amp;nbsp; When I got O2 to merge these accounts I was told that I would be eligible for a 20% discount on the SIM charge on my tablet and that I should contact O2 on 5th October to claim this discount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could you arrange this discount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
