      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my phone and I have received an email saying that the phone will be ready to be collected in no more than two weeks. Is it possible to have it collected earlier? Or at least can I know a more specific date?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
