      <description>&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hello, 
My contract with O2 ended and was automatically extended with a larger amount. At the beginning of August, I was at a point in the city center and chose the cheaper option, about 20 pounds a month every 30 days. The lady at the point changed everything and said that everything had been changed and I received a confirmation by e-mail. At the end of the month I was billed around £40 and again in September. I don't understand why this happened, I went to point 02 again, but they couldn't help me there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>
