      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m looking to upgrade my phone using O2 switch up but when I add the upgrade to my basket it still has a £750 upfront cost to pay off the contract early.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When it gets to the box about trading in you enter your existing phone IMEI and it should say your can trade in and get £x.x value or a button for Switch Up which makes the upgrade fee drop to £0&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah, I’ve realised the problem was trying to pre-order the Pixel 9 Pro. The switch up option isn’t there when pre-ordering but was on other phones. Thank you for your help though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to do it over the phone as the O2 website was having major issues. I forgot to ask the lady to add Switch Up to the order - can I still add this or does it have to be done at the time of ordering?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
