      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like either your SIM has an issue (remove it and gently clean it with a lint-free cloth to see if that helps), or your O2 service has been cut-off for non-payment of one or more bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try speaking to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302 - Skype will let you do this, &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: A Guide to Skype" id="Guide075"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you cannot borrow a different phone to make the call.
