      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with the iPhone 16 launching soon, I am considering my options for the usual o2 store headache.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now question time,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I know that you are now able to switch up by calling o2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2. does this work for preorders?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. does this work for home delivery?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;4. if no, can you preorder in store for home delivery?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the advice, but this is incredibly outdated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;switch up can now be done by calling, app, website and in store. This includes preorders&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in store, no charge, and home delivery or click and collect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;further, on switch up, even in store, you return the device in the post&lt;/P&gt;</description>
