      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t make or receive phone calls or text messages I cannot get hold of O2 because they Keep trying to send me a code via text which I can’t access customer text is not working. Please will you help me solve this problem as I need my phone for work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
