Sim deactivation

I need my sim to be deactivated immediately as my toxic abusive ex still is using it however I am not going to keep paying for the sim when it is her who agreed to pay and now she won’t after she has been made the charges to the account. So I want to deactivate the sim straight after I pay for the arrears

@Aj2304 Not easy if the sim is still in her possession, but if you are the account holder you have the right to cancel it.

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

If the contract is in your name then you will have to pay for it to be cancelled

This is the problem when relationships break down. Sorry about that.
