      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i placed my order on Wed 26th June and was advised by email on Thu 27th June that the order was being shipped. I still haven't received the SIM and you have started billing me for it already. Furthermore, it now won't be here in time for my son to travel to Europe, so i will be paying extra to his current provider for roaming.&amp;nbsp; Not a good start, O2.&lt;/P&gt;
