      <description>&lt;P&gt;My second line *********** suddenly has no data - he can’t even make a WhatsApp call. WhatsApp messages don’t go through either. I have checked the account but there is no issue. Please can you check urgently?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Calls" made using apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger and suchlike are not treated by either your phone or the mobile network as calls, but as data usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's therefore completely normal to lose the use of these apps in the event of not having an internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
