      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not on here&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5580057"&gt;@Chloe43&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as this is a customer community, and we have no access to your (or anyone else's) account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have just manually paid a bill it can take a couple of days for the payment to process and the system to correct itself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to speak to the Payment Management team - their&amp;nbsp;direct number is&amp;nbsp;0800 902 0217&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Their&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;opening times are:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Saturday – 8am to 6pm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sunday – 9am to 6pm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
