Hi All,

I've been try to resolve this [on and off] for a few weeks, but not yet found anything definitive.

I quite often go to France to stay at a place about 1.25 miles from a mast in the middle of the nearest town, 2 miles from a well served major motorway, and automatically roam to the Bouygues network provider, but the signal is rarely good, often completely unusable in fact, in and around the gite, including in the large garden. I was on the roof once, and I know the signal there is great, but it doesn't get inside the gite or in the garden. I would like to try the other network providers to see if their networks [coming from different masts] would provide me with a better signal, but it's always Bouygues that our phones roam to. Can I simply select which network I roam to so I can try all available networks and then stick with the best of the bunch, and stop our phones from returning to Bouygues ?

Thanks for any help in advance

Mike
